In a charming old building, rehabbed to the peak of chicken-coop chic, Crispy Bird serves a stereotype-busting fried chicken using a heritage breed of bird, raised using old world farming and breeding methods. Served alongside this American Freedom Ranger are plant-based sides, locally sourced vegetables and greens, homemade cultured butter and from-scratch biscuits and breads— all skillfully crafted and beautifully presented, seasonally inspired soft serve and homemade desserts, a full cocktail bar and an edited wine list consisting of old and new world wines, round out the offerings.
